Fall is upon us! Every year after the weather cools down I tend to seek out any and all opportunities to make a good chili or soup.
Since I get asked all the time what my favorites are, I thought I would compile my top 5 recipes into one blog post. I will also link back to the original where you can find the full recipe and print it off.
Here we go!
The chili I get asked about most is my Creamy Coconut Chicken Chili. I love the simplicity it offers how easy it is to make. If you grab a rotisserie chicken you can have this chili ready to be gobbled up in about 30 minutes! If you are in a time crunch – which let’s face it – most of us are in a dinner pickle more often than we like – this chili is for you! Plus as an added bonus – my kids really like it!
My Taco Chili is also a regular reoccurring dinner! If you are ever craving a more traditional hearty chili with dynamic flavor this is the one for you! This one can also be whipped up in approximately 3o minutes.
For the longest time, I was intimidated to try a homemade Chicken Noodle and I honestly feel like I was missing out for years because of this! It is so easy! I never measured – but you can just eye it (I promise it’s easier than it sounds) to come up with the consistency that works for you!
An oldie but a goodie is our Roasted Tomato, Sausage, Kale soup! Do not let this name fool you. This soup has hearty potatoes, tomatoes and sausage that are coupled with rich warm flavors that will leave your taste buds wanting more.
AND…
I totally saved the best for last! The newest soup to come to our family is this Creamy Cheesy Tortellini Soup! You guys it wins hands down and I find myself craving it weekly! If your family likes a little spice – try mixing in some spicy sausage. It makes it that much more fun!
I hope that this round-up of my top 5 oh-so-delicious soups and chilis will be beneficial for your family this year! If you decide to give them a try I would love to hear how you liked them.
