Creamy Coconut Chicken Chili

1 rotisserie chicken 
1 diced white onion 
1 tbsp avocado oil
4 tsp minced garlic
1 7oz can of green chilis
2 cans white beans, rinsed 
4 cups chicken broth
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne
Juice of 4 limes 
Chopped cilantro (one bunch)
(Cook all above ingredients over medium heat for 30 min)

Add 1 can coconut milk 
Cook for 5 more minutes

Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro, tomato, bacon crumbles, avocado & lime juice Enjoy! Xoxo
