Chicken Noodle Soup

I used rotisserie chicken, chopped carrots, onions & celery, minced garlic, egg noodles, salt & covered it all with enough chicken stock to the consistency of soup we like & topped with thyme.
I wish I had measurements for you but I just kind of used as much as looked good.

Tip: Day 2 chicken noodle soup is soooo much better than the first!

Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients
  1. Rotisserie chicken
  2. Chopped carrots
  3. Onions
  4. Celery
  5. Minced garlic
  6. Egg noodles
  7. Salt
  8. Chicken stock
  9. Thyme
Instructions
