Taco Chili

Ingredients:

1 onion
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 lb ground beef or turkey 
1 package taco seasoning 
1 tsp salt
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
2 cans kidney beans

Sautee diced onions in avocado oil until translucent. Add beef and cook thoroughly. Add taco seasoning, salt.
Add tomatoes, paste, and kidney beans and simmer on medium heat for 30 min.
Top with cheese, corn chips & sour cream if you’d like!
