
Garlic Citrus Chicken: marinate chicken in the juice of 2 limes, 2 lemons & 2 mini oranges, 1 tsp minced garlic & 1 tsp salt- let sit for at least 1 hour, sear chicken over medium to brown sides, bake at 375° for 45 min- enjoy!
