Antipasto cups are one of my favorite appetizers! I press salami slices into a cupcake tin and bake at 400° for 10 min- while it is baking I chop & mix up cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives & fresh basil- when the salami has cooked into cup form, scoop the mixture into the salami. Whole 30 Recipe // Smoked Salmon with Asparagus

Smoke salmon and asparagus with avocado oil, s&p on your grill.  Top with a creamy cucumber lemon dill sauce (blended 1 can full fat coconut milk, 1 cucumber, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp salt, and 3 springs of fresh dill) Sunday dinners are my favorite!  Share this:

Spinach bacon frittata on a sweet potato crust – I have the crust recipe in my Clean and Colorful Cooking cookbook and then I just added chopped spinach, bacon and paprika to 6 eggs. Bake at 350° for 30 min. Share this:
