Smoke salmon and asparagus with avocado oil, s&p on your grill.  Top with a creamy cucumber lemon dill sauce (blended 1 can full fat coconut milk, 1 cucumber, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp salt, and 3 springs of fresh dill)

Sunday dinners are my favorite! 

Smoked Salmon with Asparagus
Ingredients
  1. Salmon
  2. Asparagus
  3. Avocado oil
  4. Salt & Pepper
For the Creamy Cucumber Lemon Dill Sauce
  1. 1 can full fat coconut milk
  2. 1 cucumber
  3. Juice of 1 lemon
  4. 1 tsp minced garlic
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 3 springs of fresh dill
Instructions
