Whole 30 Recipe // Smoked Pork and Pineapple Pico Tacos

You can smoke your own pork but my friend told me about the Kirkland brand at Costco with no sugar and all I had to do was microwave it, yup! Took the easy route on that. Then I chopped up fresh pineapple with my go to pico recipe (cherry tomatoes, purple onion, cilantro & lime juice) all wrapped up on romaine – super simple 10 minute dinner and packed with flavor, enjoy!

Ingredients
  1. Kirkland smoked pork
  2. Fresh pineapple
  3. Cherry tomatoes
  4. Purple onion
  5. Cilantro
  6. Lime juice
  7. Romaine
