To those of you who asked about my roasted carrots from lunch- I just sliced whole carrots in half & brushed them with avocado oil, kosher salt & a little garlic powder – bake at 400° for 20 min!

Roasted Carrots
Ingredients
  1. Whole carrots
  2. Avocado oil
  3. Kosher salt
  4. Garlic powder
Instructions
