Whole 30 Recipe // Fresh Arugula Pesto Zoodles

Fresh arugula pesto zoodles with bacon & tomatoes. I used a veggie spiralizer again (the veggetti- and trust me I feel as awkward typing that as you do reading it).  Sautée the zucchini noodles in a tiny bit of avocado oil for 3 min, top with pesto (recipe in my ebook) topped with crumbled bacon & tomato.

Ingredients
  1. Zucchini
  2. Avocado oil
  3. Pesto (recipe in my ebook)
  4. Crumbled bacon
  5. Tomato.

    I have a question for you. I love your recepie… I just wonder about your family because If I do something like that… They will be starving after 30min. I have a thin husband who eat constantly (cereal bowl 2 hours after dinner and more ! – ( I can’t copy him, I would weight a ton)) and I have 3 kids (8 to 14yo) So What about your situation. Do you make that kind of meal for your family and are they fine till its time to go to bed ? Thx
