Whole 30 Recipe // Balsamic Butternut Bacon Soup

Butternut Balsamic Bacon Soup 
Toss cubed butternut squash (I buy the precut package at Costco) with 10 diced green onions and a little avocado oil.
Roast at 425° for 30 min
Remove from oven and blend all ingredients in a blender.
Return to a pan and add 2 cups chicken broth, 1 cup blended canned coconut milk, and 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar. 
Cook over medium heat for 10 min. 
Top with crumbled bacon, green onion & a swirl of coconut milk.

Bam! Delish!
