Spinach & Egg “waffles” is a super easy way to get your veggies in the morning- This recipe is great because it’s delicious and my kids will eat it too, here’s how to make it!
1 egg, 2 egg whites
1 cup chopped greens (I used spinach & kale)
1/8 tsp garlic
1/8 tsp salt
Mix together all above ingredients
Spread mixture evenly into waffle iron & cook!
Once finished top with anything you’d like! I use avocado, salsa, etc!
