Rosemary Garlic Roast

Cover roast in olive oil and salt.
Sear all sides and then roll in a mixture of 3 tbsp olive oil, chopped rosemary & 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Put into slow cooker on low for 8 hours, enjoy!
