Roasted Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients:
5 lbs red potatoes
Avocado oil
Salt
Parsley
Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Directions:
Slice up potatoes.
Lightly coat with avocado oil & seasonings.
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
