Pumpkin Coconut Cream Dip

Delicious dairy free, sugar free pumpkin treat!

Ingredients
  1. Pumpkin seed oil 1 tsp
  2. Coconut Milk 1 cup
  3. Pumpkin Puree 1 cup
  4. Ripe Banana 1
  5. Pitted Dates 5
  6. Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in your blender
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour
  3. Serve with apples, graham crackers, etc!
