I was able to combine my love for both in this fun recipe!
Its a delish dip, great for parties and a super healthy alternative to pumpkin pie!
- Pumpkin seed oil 1 tsp
- Coconut Milk 1 cup
- Pumpkin Puree 1 cup
- Ripe Banana 1
- Pitted Dates 5
- Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 tsp
- Mix all ingredients together in your blender
- Refrigerate 1 hour
- Serve with apples, graham crackers, etc!
