Pomegranate Pear Salad

Ingredients:
Spinach salad blend topped with
Pomegranate
Pears
Feta
Sliced almonds

Dressing:
1 c olive oil
1 c pomegranate juice
1 c rice vinegar
1/4 c honey
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chopped shallots

Blend all together.

2. 1 c pomegranate juice
3. 1 c rice vinegar
4. 1/4 c honey
5. 1 tsp minced garlic
6. 2 tbsp chopped shallots

Instructions

1. Toss salad ingredients together.
2. Blend dressing ingredients together and drizzle over salad.
