Creamy Coconut Chicken Chili

1 rotisserie chicken
1 white onion
1 tbsp avocado oil
4 tsp minced garlic
1 7oz can of green chilis
2 cans white beans
4 cups chicken broth
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne
(Cook all above ingredients over medium heat for 30 min)

Add 1 can unsweetened coconut milk (You can also use cream)

Cook for 5 more minutes

Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro, tomato, avocado & lime juice
