Perfect Hard “Boiled” Egg
Once a week I made 2 dozen hard “boiled” baked eggs. It’s super easy, just use a mini muffin tin and place one egg in each space and bake at 325 for 25 min! No water, no stinky egg smell! I immediately move eggs into ice water for 10 minutes and remove from water and keep refrigerated. You’ll have a perfectly peeled egg.
Great idea!! Will try this this evening for protein to go all week !
