Strawberry Coconut Cream Overnight Oats
One of my fav breakfasts to make is Overnight Oats, they are super easy to customize to whatever flavor you want, they’re easy to prep a bunch ahead of time and quickly grab & go all week! I’m obsessed with the new Light & Fit Coconut Cream Greek yogurt with Zero Artificial Sweeteners – it’s 90 calories & 13g of protein per cup! The flavor is amazing, here’s how I used it in my recipe! ….
1/2 c rolled oats
Some strawberries (def need fresh fruit!) 1 cup Light & Fit Greek yogurt (I used Coconut Cream!) 1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey …. Mix all ingredients together with a spoon in a mason jar
Put a lid on top
Refrigerate overnight
Enjoy in the morning!
