There is an old saying, “A clean home is a happy home.” I’d like to modify this blanket statement to one with a little more grace: “An organized home is a place of peace.” When our homes can feel less like never ending projects and more like sanctuaries, we are able to experience a deeper level of calm in them. And when we feel peace around us, it’s easier to feel peace within our bodies. It truly is a form of self-love.
Creating a sanctuary takes some work upfront. This is where the 30 Days to a Home that Heals: Decluttering Challenge comes into play.
It’s an intense and intentional program that focuses on decluttering and establishing systems of organization, one space at a time. The goal is to create systems and cleanliness so moving forward, these spaces are easy to maintain. It’s doing some extra work at first to give yourself the gift of less work in the future.
The beauty of the program is that although it’s set as a 30 consecutive-day challenge, you can go at YOUR OWN PACE! Maybe your work schedule doesn’t allow you time to tackle each space on its designated day, so maybe you take time on the weekends, or spend multiple days on one area. Whatever serves you the best. I’ve been doing this program for a few years now, and I PROMISE you that you will notice a huge shift in your home and well-being.
If you would like to download the Free Decluttering Program, you can fill out the form here!
I look forward to supporting you through this process! You will receive weekly emails with products I’ve used, videos, space breakdowns, and tips to survive this challenge. It is worth the effort to enjoy the reward, so let’s do this together!
