Yellow Squash, Broccoli & Chives

Ingredients:
Yellow squash
Broccoli
Chives
Avocado oil
Garlic
Sea salt

Directions:
Slice squash, chop broccoli, & mince chives.
Toss in a little avocado oil & top with dashes of garlic & seat salt.
Roast at 400 for about 25 minutes.

Here’s a secret: practically ANY veggie tossed in avocado, garlic & salt can roast at 400 for 25 minutes & turn out perfectly.
