Hey everyone! Its summmmer! You know what that means!? Its grilling season! We use our Traeger for several meals a week, and this particular recipe was actually really easy because we had already cooked up salmon for the week, and we used the leftovers for tacos.
Lemon Garlic Salmon
Ingredients
1 salmon filet
1 cup marinade
1 tsp course salt
Directions
Place salmon on foil lined baking sheet
Brush marinade on top of salmon
We used Tesssmae’s Lemon Garlic Dressing, which gave it the perfect fresh flavor for smoking.
Start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes).
Set the temp to 325F and preheat with lid closed, for 10min.
Place salmon on the grill and cook for apprx 25 min until flaky, watch closely and don’t overcook!
Remove salmon from grill. Enjoy!
For our toppings we used some roasted zucchini & squash, fresh pico and guacamole. To cut on carbs, we used lettuce instead of tortillas.
