Roasted Garlic & Artichoke Chicken
Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts (butterflied)
2 cups artichoke hearts
1 cup fresh parsley
1 clove roasted garlic
1/2 cup avocado oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp course salt
Directions:
In a food processor mix up all ingredients except the chicken.
Spoon mixture into chicken breasts & bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
