Lemon Garlic Roasted Artichokes
Ingredients:
4 artichokes
Minced garlic
Avocado oil
Fresh lemon juice
Sea salt
Directions:
Cut the stem & top inch of the artichokes off.
Open the leaves & spread some minced garlic in center.
Drizzle fresh lemon juice & avocado oil into the leaves & then season with sea salt on top.
Wrap tin foil around entire artichoke & bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes.
