Lasagna

Lasagna

Ingredients:
Lasagna noodles (can be substituted with zucchini noodles)
2 lbs ground beef
3 cloves minced garlic
1 large onion, diced
2 14oz cans chopped tomatoes
2 6oz cans tomato paste
Fresh basil (1-2 tbsp)
Oregano (1-2 tbsp)
Parsley (1-2 tbsp)
1 egg
24 oz cottage cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 lb mozzarella

Directions:
Cook beef with garlic & onion.
Over medium heat mix in tomatoes, tomato past, basil, oregano & parsley.
In a seperate bowl mix egg, cottage cheese, parmesan, mozzarella & 1 tbsp of parsley.
Layer noodles in a 9×13 pan with meat sauce & cheese. Repeat.
Cover with aluminum foil & bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
Remove tin foil & continue to bake for an additional 20 minutes.
