Its a fresh new week and I can tell you Meal Planning is one of the best ways to make sure you stay on track with your healthy eating goals, and stay on budget.
If you have been following me for a while you know I got into some major budgeting overhaul a few months ago. I took my friend Jordan Page (of FunCheaporFree.com) ‘s Budget Boot Camp and was BLOWN AWAY by how awesome it was. It totally lit my fire and motivated us to clean up our spending habits, pay off some debt and start saving more for our future. I would highly recommend her program to anyone! You can check it out HERE and use code FRESHFIX to save 10%. One of the ways we really cracked down while doing her program was meal planning. I knew for our family we were spending too much money eating out & doing lots of daily trips to pick up a few things here & there and spending spending spending!
Also, if you want to stay on track for healthy eating meal planning is essential because you have food at home, chances are you will eat it and not let it go to waste while you eat Mcdonalds. Also, your week gets busy – you need a game plan and you need to know what you are making, what you have to look forward to. If you have meal planned and prepped and shopped you are more likely to eat at home and not be stressed last minute trying to come up with something to eat!
So HOW can you stay on track for eating?
First of all, DOWNLOAD MY FREE MEAL PLANNING & GROCERY SHOPPING SHEET.
Then, scan your fridge. For budget sake, and not to waste food try to meal plan based off what you already have at home to work with.
Research, and find new fun food! I always pull out my phone and hit Pinterest hard. I love searching through recipes I have saved, or scanning bloggers I love and seeing their new recipes they have created as well! I always bring my battery pack because I know it will take a while haha!
Once you have found all the recipe you want, plus them into the planner – sort out your grocery shopping lists and get to it!
You are steps ahead for a successful week. You know what they say, Fail to plan – plan to fail!
If you’re wondering about my power pack, let me tell you about it!
Because I spend so much time on my phone meal planning, searching recipes, and working online I always needed power on the go and decided to order a power pac, and after being introduced to BIC products I had my own made with a Compact Aluminum Power Bank.
There are lots of promotional products out there but I decided to put my logo on something people actually NEED and would use. I am looking forward to passing these out to new business friends I meet. I ended up choosing this the Compact Aluminum Power Bank because it charges up your phones real fast when you lose battery power, and that always seems to be a struggle for me. The power struggle is real guys, so I had to solve it!
If you’re looking for a great way to promote your own business contact a promotional products distributor near you. To start generating some ideas, check out BIC Graphic on their website, and Instagram and Facebook page.
