Sunday shrimp caprese // spiralized zucchini with grilled shrimp (marinated in lime juice & garlic) tossed with fresh chopped basil, tomatoes and mozzarella with lemon infused olive oil – I just cooked the shrimp- the rest is raw & fresh including the zoodles!

Shrimp Caprese
Ingredients
  1. Spiralized zucchini
  2. Grilled shrimp
  3. Lime juice
  4. Garlic
  5. Fresh chopped basil
  6. Tomatoes
  7. Mozzarella
  8. Lemon infused olive oil
Instructions
