Cut the top of the artichoke and the stem off, open the leaves and spread some minced garlic in the center, drizzle fresh lemon juice and avocado oil into the leaves, season with sea salt on top , wrap tin foil around entire artichoke and bake at 425° for 1 hour 20 min.
