Crock Pot Quinoa Teriyaki Chicken Bowls

Crock Pot Quinoa Teriyaki Chicken Bowls

Ingredients:
8 chicken tenders
1 cup quinoa
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 onion
1 head of broccoli (or any veggies of your choice)
1 can cubed pineapple, juice included
Spinach & arugula

Directions:
Place chicken, quinoa & chicken broth into crock pot & set on high heat.
In a separate bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic & black pepper & pout mixture into crock pot.
Dice onion & broccoli (or veggie of choice) & add to crock pot.
Cook on high for 2.5 hours.
Before serving, mix in canned pineapple.
Serve on spinach & arugula.
