This meal just feels like home to me! We love hashing up some sweet potatoes and throwing together all sorts of yummy veggies for breakfast hashes. For this one we did shredded sweet potatoes, zucchini, red pepper and broccoli. I sautéed up the veggies with a little avocado oil and salt, then added a few precooked @gilbertscraftsausages (the chicken breakfast sausage is amazing!) all sliced up and broke 3 eggs on top. I baked it in the over for at 400 until the eggs looked the consistency preferred. It was delish!
