HARD TRUTH: Bodies die every single day. I don't know what tomorrow looks like for you, but today? Today your body is breathing and acting as a vessel so you can do things you enjoy and spend time with people you love. Why waste a minute of your precious life hating it because it doesn't look a certain way?
We need to break the cycle of body shame and do the work for true BODY LOVE so we can start living our best lives and loving every minute of it!
Chances are, throughout your life you have been influenced by outside voices, movies, tv, social media, and people that you have interacted with, that have made you believe your body has to look a certain way to be valuable, and it's just NOT TRUE.
How can I help?
I have struggled with body image my entire life. As an overweight child and teenager I never felt I had value, and constantly felt frustrated with the body I had. Even into adulthood and motherhood, ashamed by my appearance, I used it as an excuse to miss out on opportunities and lived with so many regrets.
Because of some key pivotal moments, experiences, and never-ending research, I was able to change my perspective and transform my life.
I now see my body as a beautiful gift that allows me to accomplish my purpose in life, and I want you to see that in you, too!
I believe EVERYBODY has the exact body they need to accomplish their purpose - and after years of sharing messages like this scattered everywhere online, I wanted to create a place where I could pull all my lessons together and make an easy-to-digest guided audio training to help more wonderful humans find peace with BETTER BODY LOVE.
