Yes it’s true, this crazy easy knock your socks off yummy recipe only took 5 minutes! We let the kids pick our back to school dinner every year and they have yet to steer any direction other than mac n cheese so I took it upon myself to go “fancy” & step it up a notch since it’s a celebration dinner and I homemade it.
INGREDIENTS
14 oz pasta (this was one box)
4 cups water
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp butter (Add all above ingredients into Instant Pot on Manual for 5 min, quick release!)
Once lid is removed, add the following ingredients quickly – it will melt right in!
5 oz evaporated milk
4 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Mix, serve warm!
